2020 is a particular and very delicate year in many respects.
Due to the current global health emergency and heavy delivery traffic during the Christmas period, shipments may be delayed.
We therefore inform our customers that deliveries by Christmas will be guaranteed ONLY for orders that will be confirmed:
- BY Wednesday 16th December, for shipments destined for Italy
- BY Monday 14th December, for shipments to the rest of the world *
* except for Russia where shipping by Christmas can no longer be guaranteed
Therefore hurry up and notify your customers to confirm their orders by these dates to have delivery by Christmas guaranteed!
Furthermore, on December 25th and 26th and January 1st and 6th, our offices will be closed for the Christmas holidays and shipments will be suspended.
This year the global pandemic has put a strain on even the most reliable and best-organized transport and logistics services, but of course, we will do our best to prepare all orders as quickly as possible so that you don’t have any problems!
